"Truck Nuts" is slated for publication in Daily Flash 2013 anthology (Pill Hill Press / December 2012).
As Joanne explains to the California Highway Patrol officer who pulled her over on the I-5 after midnight, the truck belongs to her husband and those are his nuts hanging from the hitch.
This is my third flash story for this particular anthology. Like many of my flash stories, this one was based on a news article about truck nuts.
