Poem - A Pumpkin's Life

"A Pumpkin's Life" is slated for publication in Perspectives Magazine (January 2010).

While any acceptance is enough to make me deliriously happy, this will be my first published poem out of the two dozen poems I have floating around in the slush piles. The poem was inspired by the Halloween pumpkin that I carved this year.

Six Haiku Poems For 17 Syllables Anthology

Six haiku poems — "A Writer's Fury," "At The Potter's House," "Before Winter Approaches," "Gone Swimming," "Mount Wilson" and "Spider Plant" — are slated for publication in Seventeen Syllables anthology (Soft Whispers / April 2010).
